- COMPAQ Technological Quartz is composed of 93-95% aprox. pure quartz, 5-7% agglomerate polymer in high-quality polyester or natural resin and 1% pigment. Quartz is one of the hardest minerals in nature and gives COMPAQ Technological Quartz countertops outstanding levels of abrasion and scratch resistance.
Care & Maintenance
COMPAQ Technological Quartz only requires regular cleaning using a pH-neutral product or detergent, a rinse-off with water and drying with a kitchen cloth or paper towel. Compaq Glacé finish requires more attention, as the daily use marks are more visible.
For daily cleaning, it is recommended to use slightly alkaline cleaning products together with a microfiber cloth, if the cleaning with a neutral cleaner was not enough. A specific weak degreaser can be used occasionally if there are areas with accumulation of grease, but it is not recommended for daily use. COMPAQ offers life-time warranty for quartz surfaces.
